Principal's Leadership Contribution And Work Motivation On Teacher's Work Discipline State Vocational School Of Padang City

Based on the pre-survey in field, it is illustrated that work discipline of Padang City State Vocational School teachers still not good. This thought to have something do with principal's leadership and motivation teachers. Therefore, necessary conduct research test its validity. study aims reveal contribution principals' High The hypotheses proposed this are: (1) principal contributes teacher discipline, (2) (3) jointly contribute discipline. population were all Schools City, amounting 277 people. sample amounted 78 people who taken Stratified proportional random sampling technique, taking into account strata service period. instrument used a rating scale Likert Scale model questionnaire has been tested for validity reliability. data analyzed by correlation regression techniques. results analysis show that: 28%, 22. 7%, together 47. 3%. achievement level scores 91. 34% very high category, 88. 14% good category while 87. 27 ideal score category. findings above imply are two factors can improve addition other factors.
